Refund policy

You have two options to return your order, both simple and convenient. Here is how it works:

1. Return Period
   You can request a return within 14 days of product delivery.

2. Return Cost
   The cost of the return is 5 EUR, regardless of the method chosen, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Return Methods
   
   Option 1: Courier Package Pickup
   
   - How it works: The courier will come to pick up the package directly from your address.
   - What to do: Write to info@vorkuta.it to organize the pickup. You will receive all necessary information, including the label to print and apply to the package.
   
   Option 2: InPost Locker
   - How it works: You can leave the package at the InPost locker nearest to you.
   - What to do: We will send you a QR code and a return label via email. Go to the InPost locker, scan the code, and follow the instructions to deposit the package. You can find the locker nearest to you here.

4. Starting the Return Procedure
   To start the return procedure, write to info@vorkuta.it indicating your preferred return method (Courier or InPost Locker). We will guide you through the next steps.
   
   

5. Refund
   Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund, minus the 5 EUR return cost.
